How to Download
All items in Drawberx are digital. No physical items will be shipped.
- Add the item(s) to your cart and check out.
- Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Then, you will be sent to an Etsy page where you can instantly download your files. A download link to the page will be sent to your email as well.
- Your files are always active for downloading-go to "Purchases and reviews" on your Etsy account (top right menu "You'', click on"Purchases and Reviews" and ''Downloads'')

Opening .zip files
Some of the digital image files delivered in .zip format, due to upload limits. You'll need a program to unzip your files, (it’s easy). There are many free, safe unzip programs like Winzip.
If there will be any issue with downloading or don't know how to open .zip files; message us on Etsy, to get your files one by one to your email.

If you receive a damaged file, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
How to manage files
◥ You need to download on a computer / laptop to manage the files. On mobile devices; smartphones,tablets, it can not be managed unless the device specifications state otherwise or you need a special software/experience to unzip or it can not be managed, unless the device specifications state otherwise.
*** Please make sure you know how to use downloaded file formats.
- You need to unzip compressed .zip files to access image files in PNG/JPEG
Cliparts (PNG format) –high res. illustrations with transparent background.
*PNG is an image file type that allows you to have no background color.
Digital Paper/Patterns (JPEG format) -high res. images with seamless designs
For best results we recommend to use professional editing programs or apps
Commercial Use
Small Business Use:
No license is required for personal use, non-profit use and small business use: You can freely make products up to 100 units without the license. For larger projects, please purchase a commercial use license.

- Personal & non-profit usage is defined as using our artwork/images in a manner that has no potential monetary gain, not related to any client or business; (exception to your own small business branding) If you create any design for a client or any product for monetary gain, you'll need to purchase a suitable commercial use license.
Copyright
- All the artworks are intellectual property of the Drawberx.
- Buying an artwork graphic(s) or license from our shop, doesn't transfers its copyrights. Drawberx retains the rights to all graphics artwork. *
- Claiming the artwork of Drawberx as your own is prohibited.
- You may not resell, share or redistribute our designs.
- Please contact us in case you see our artworks to be used irregular, to be re-sold or offered for free as they are, or to be announced as someone else's work.

Can I sell on Redbubble, Spoonflower, Casetify, etc?
No, You are not allowed to upload/sale our artworks on stock marketplaces or automated merchandise like Society6, Shutterstock, Redbubble, Casetify, Cafepress, Spoonflower, Zazzle etc, or other print on demand websites..
You can use POD services to handle the manufacturing/delivery, but you need to have your own shop to sell your physical printed products.
Custom Design
I don't accept custom orders for this moment until further notice, due to my current workload. But I love receiving requests for future illustration collections. Please feel free to suggest collections and don’t hesitate to write me an Etsy message. I would love to add it to my list for future designs.

Refunds
Due to their digital nature, instant download products are not refundable. Refund of our digital products is possible in case if you have purchased an item by a mistake and did’nt download it !Please carefully check previews and description of listing before purchase to avoid any misunderstandings! Due to nature of the digital download items, we don't accept returns, or cancellations. But please feel free to contact me if you have any problems with your order or don’t like your image files, I’m always happy to help. =))
